Tone of voice consult, web copy, UX copy, in-app copy, and customer comms including email.
PunchLab is a popular fitness app that offers boxing and combat inspired workouts and community support. The team (based in Italy) initially asked me to write their website copy and produce tone of voice guidelines.
After the success of the launch, they brought me in to work on a rolling monthly arrangement. In that time I wrote in-app copy, UX and micro copy, emails and other customer comms.
