PunchLab is a popular fitness app that offers boxing and combat inspired workouts and a thriving community. The team (who are based in Italy) initially asked me to write their website copy. After the success of that project, they asked me to work with them on a monthly basis during which time I write in-app copy, customer comms, UX and micro copy, and emails.
